Gifts of Love is a charitable organization that helps meet the basic needs of individuals and families experiencing temporary financial crises, so they can achieve or maintain self-sufficiency. We serve thousands of people across more than thirty Connecticut towns, supplying our clients with food, clothing, furniture, and household items. Gifts of Love clients are hardworking people who are struggling to make ends meet, and we cannot provide for these needy individuals and families without successful fundraising.

All proceeds raised from both events will help with the continuation of our basic needs program. Currently we are supporting over 350 families in the Farmington Valley and Greater Hartford communities. We invite you to join us for a culinary extravaganza “READY…SET…COOK!” In addition to good food and entertainment, you’ll watch three teams comprised of a Chef, Celebrity, and Executive Sponsor compete against each other as they prepare two dishes using a basket of mystery ingredients, some of which will be selected from the Gifts of Love food pantry, in a forty-five minute timeframe. Three special judges will be on hand to taste, critique and ultimately award one team the title of Gifts of Love’s Top Chef! Come and enjoy a culinary showdown, champagne brunch while supporting a worthy cause – what better way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
